Description
A 2-hour one-to-one interview coaching session, for which we prepare fully.
Video feedback can also be provided. If you complete a career programme with us interview coaching is normally included.
• We give you guidance in your preparation before the interview and tips on what to think about regarding interviewer style and the interview format as well as how to build rapport
• We put emphasis on making sure that you have good content and strong evidence to point to in your responses to questions using the STAR approach.
• We coach you in how to handle challenging questions and competency-based questions and how to demonstrate the energy and enthusiasm which interviewers look for.
• We give you pointers for questions to ask the interviewer.
• We also help you improve how you look and to come across well. Using an actual job you have applied for we prepare questions for you in advance.
• We send you and email with follow up action points after the coaching session.
To help us prepare you will need to send in the following:
1. Your CV, cover letter, application and anything else which you have submitted for the role;
2. Details of the role (a copy of a job advertisement or a link to an online one will be fine);
3. A summary of where you feel you most need to improve your performance
4. A list of the questions you find particularly challenging;
5. A note of why you want this job and why you think you are the right person
